Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips senior leaders to govern major transformation with the strategic oversight, decision discipline and accountability required to deliver meaningful organisational outcomes. This LOCEPX Training course develops the capability to establish effective governance, clarify decision rights, challenge performance and intervene when transformation begins to drift from its strategic purpose.
Transformation governance is not simply about committees, reporting cycles or programme controls. Effective governance creates the environment in which the right decisions are made at the right level, risks are surfaced early, resources remain aligned and leaders maintain collective accountability for outcomes. Governing Transformation™ enables participants to examine governance from an executive leadership perspective, connecting strategy, investment, risk, delivery, adoption and value. Participants will explore governance structures, decision rights, executive information, assurance, escalation, interdependencies and benefits realisation. Particular attention is given to avoiding governance overload while ensuring leaders have sufficient visibility to identify emerging problems and take decisive action. The programme enables senior leaders to govern transformation with greater clarity, challenge and confidence while maintaining focus on the organisational value transformation is expected to create.
