Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to translate strategic change from organisational intention into meaningful and sustainable outcomes. This LOCEPX Training course develops the leadership capability required to create direction, build commitment, navigate resistance and ensure that change becomes embedded in how people think, behave and work.
Organisations rarely struggle to announce change; they struggle to make it last. Strategic initiatives can lose momentum when leadership alignment weakens, priorities compete, employees disengage or new behaviours fail to become part of everyday operations. Leading Change That Lasts™ provides leaders with a practical approach for managing these realities. Participants will explore how to establish a compelling case for change, understand organisational readiness, mobilise stakeholders, build ownership and maintain momentum beyond initial implementation. Particular attention is given to the leadership behaviours that determine whether people simply comply with change or genuinely adopt it. The programme enables participants to connect strategic intent with people, culture, execution and accountability, creating the conditions for change to become sustained organisational practice rather than another short-lived initiative.
