Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips experienced and middle managers to manage stakeholders strategically and influence outcomes across increasingly complex organisational environments. This LOCEPX Training course develops the practical capability to understand stakeholder interests, build credibility, navigate competing expectations and gain support for priorities where formal authority alone is insufficient.
Managers rarely deliver significant outcomes independently. Their success increasingly depends on colleagues, senior leaders, customers, partners, specialists and other stakeholders who may have different priorities, perspectives and levels of influence. The Manager’s Influence Advantage™ provides a structured approach for identifying the stakeholders who matter, understanding what drives their position and developing the right engagement and influence strategy. Participants will explore stakeholder mapping, relationship building, organisational influence, communication, negotiation, resistance and difficult stakeholder dynamics. The programme enables managers to move beyond reactive stakeholder management towards deliberate relationship and influence strategies that strengthen collaboration and improve organisational outcomes.
