Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips experienced and middle managers to work effectively across teams, functions and organisational boundaries where results depend on people they do not directly manage. This LOCEPX Training course develops the capability to build alignment, influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities and create shared accountability across different parts of the organisation.
Many of today's most important organisational outcomes cannot be delivered by one team alone. Customer experience, transformation, innovation, operational improvement and strategic execution increasingly require multiple functions to work together. Yet different priorities, objectives, processes, leadership expectations and ways of working can create barriers to collaboration. Leading Across Boundaries™ provides managers with a practical approach for navigating this complexity. Participants will learn to understand cross-functional dependencies, build productive relationships, influence without formal authority, resolve competing interests and establish shared ownership for outcomes. The programme enables managers to move beyond protecting functional interests towards creating the alignment required to deliver organisation-wide results.
