Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips experienced managers preparing for senior leadership to move beyond the interests, priorities and boundaries of their own function and develop a genuinely enterprise-wide leadership perspective. This LOCEPX Training course strengthens the ability to understand organisational interdependencies, balance competing priorities, influence across boundaries and make decisions based on what creates the greatest value for the organisation as a whole.
Strong functional leadership is essential, but senior leadership requires something broader. Leaders must recognise when the best decision for their department may not be the best decision for the enterprise. They need to understand how different functions connect, how value moves across the organisation and how decisions in one area create consequences elsewhere. The Enterprise Manager™ helps participants make this shift deliberately. Participants will learn to challenge siloed thinking, understand cross-functional dependencies, navigate competing objectives, build alliances and contribute to organisation-wide outcomes without losing accountability for their own area.
