Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips experienced managers and aspiring leaders to communicate effectively with executives and senior decision-makers. This LOCEPX Training course develops the ability to move beyond operational detail, identify what senior leaders genuinely need to know and communicate complex information with clarity, relevance and confidence.
Communicating at senior level requires a different discipline. Executives often have limited time, competing priorities and responsibility for decisions that extend far beyond one team or function. Managers therefore need to understand the wider context, get to the point quickly, distinguish critical information from supporting detail and clearly articulate the issue, implications, options and action required. Communicating Up™ helps participants develop this capability across meetings, presentations, written communications, recommendations and challenging senior-level conversations. Participants will learn how to structure executive messages, communicate recommendations rather than simply information, respond confidently to challenge and adapt their communication to different senior stakeholders.
