Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to redesign work and roles as artificial intelligence changes how activities are performed, decisions are made and organisational value is created. This LOCEPX Training course provides a practical approach for moving beyond the question of whether AI will replace jobs towards the more important organisational question: how should work be redesigned so that human and AI capabilities are combined effectively?
AI does not affect every part of a role in the same way. Some activities can be automated, others can be significantly augmented, while many continue to depend on human judgement, creativity, relationships, accountability and contextual understanding. Human + AI Work Design™ enables participants to examine work at task and activity level before making decisions about future roles.
