Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to navigate one of the most significant organisational challenges created by artificial intelligence: transforming the workforce as the nature of work itself changes. This LOCEPX Training course develops the strategic capability to determine how AI will affect work, roles and skills, identify where human capability remains critical and lead the transition towards an effective human-AI workforce.
AI workforce transformation is not simply a reskilling exercise or a technology implementation programme. Leaders must understand what work will change, which activities can be automated or augmented, how existing roles should evolve and what new capabilities employees will require. The AI Workforce™ provides a structured approach for connecting AI strategy with workforce transformation. Participants will examine workforce impact, role redesign, skills intelligence, human-AI collaboration, reskilling, redeployment, workforce readiness and responsible transition. Particular attention is given to making deliberate workforce choices rather than reacting to technological change. The programme enables leaders to build a workforce transformation strategy that captures the value of AI while strengthening human capability, organisational adaptability and long-term workforce performance.
