Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips executives to make strategic decisions about how work, roles, skills and organisational capability must evolve as AI, automation and changing workforce expectations reshape organisations. This LOCEPX Training course develops the leadership perspective required to move beyond short-term workforce planning and deliberately design an organisation capable of performing, adapting and competing in the future.
The future of work is not simply about predicting which jobs will disappear or which technologies will emerge. Leaders must understand how work itself is changing, determine where human capability will remain critical, identify where AI can augment or automate activity and decide what workforce the organisation will need as a result. The Future Organisation™ provides a structured approach for connecting business strategy with work design, workforce composition, skills, organisational structures and capability investment. Participants will examine current workforce assumptions, emerging roles, human-AI collaboration, capability gaps and alternative workforce models. The programme enables executives to make deliberate choices about what work should exist, how it should be performed and what organisational capabilities must be built for sustained future performance.
