Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to lead complex organisational change with greater clarity, confidence and discipline. This LOCEPX Training course strengthens the leadership capability required to translate transformation ambition into meaningful action, mobilise people around change, navigate resistance and maintain organisational performance while new ways of working are established.
Transformation rarely fails because organisations cannot define what needs to change. The greater challenge is creating the leadership alignment, ownership, capability and commitment required to make change happen across the organisation. The Transformation Leader™ moves beyond traditional change-management processes to examine transformation as a leadership responsibility. Participants will explore how to establish a compelling case for change, understand organisational readiness, align stakeholders, address resistance, build change capability and sustain momentum through uncertainty. The programme also examines the difficult leadership tensions created when transformation competes with business-as-usual priorities. Participants leave better equipped to lead change as an organisational journey, ensuring that strategic ambition is translated into adoption, new behaviours and measurable outcomes.
