Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips managers and leaders to influence decisions, gain commitment and deliver outcomes when they do not have direct authority over the people involved. This LOCEPX Training course develops the practical judgement, communication and stakeholder skills required to build credibility, navigate competing interests and create alignment across increasingly complex organisational environments.
Modern organisations depend on collaboration across functions, teams, projects, partners and professional boundaries. Managers are therefore expected to achieve results through people they may not manage and whose priorities may be very different from their own. The Influence Advantage™ helps participants understand how effective influence actually works and how to build commitment without relying on hierarchy, pressure or positional power. Participants will explore stakeholder dynamics, credibility, communication, persuasion, organisational relationships and resistance. They will learn to adapt their approach to different stakeholders, position ideas more effectively, navigate disagreement and build support around shared outcomes. The programme enables managers to become more influential organisational contributors while maintaining trust, authenticity and productive long-term relationships.
