Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips leaders to build the influence, credibility and stakeholder relationships required to deliver outcomes across complex organisational environments. This LOCEPX Training course strengthens the ability to understand stakeholder dynamics, navigate competing interests, influence critical decisions and build commitment when authority alone is not enough.
At executive and senior leadership levels, results increasingly depend on the ability to work through others. Leaders must engage stakeholders with different priorities, levels of power, expectations and perspectives while protecting relationships and maintaining organisational objectives. The Influence Advantage™ provides a strategic approach to stakeholder leadership that moves beyond traditional stakeholder mapping towards understanding influence, interests, relationships, organisational dynamics and decision environments. Participants will examine how credibility is built, how stakeholder positions can be understood, how messages should be shaped for different audiences and how resistance can be navigated constructively. The programme enables leaders to become more deliberate in how they build relationships, create alignment and influence consequential decisions across internal and external stakeholder environments.
