Introduction
This LOCEPX Training course equips executives and senior leaders to establish the governance, oversight and accountability required for responsible enterprise AI. This LOCEPX Training course enables leaders to understand the strategic, operational, ethical and organisational risks associated with AI while creating governance that supports innovation without compromising responsibility, trust or executive control.
As AI becomes embedded in organisational processes and decision-making, responsibility cannot sit exclusively with technology teams. Leaders must understand who is accountable for AI decisions, how risks should be identified and escalated, where human oversight is essential and how organisations can balance innovation with appropriate controls. The Responsible AI Boardroom™ provides an executive-level approach to AI governance covering accountability, decision rights, risk, data, bias, transparency, human oversight and organisational assurance. Participants will examine how governance can evolve alongside rapidly changing AI capability without creating unnecessary bureaucracy or slowing valuable innovation. The programme enables leaders to ask stronger governance questions, establish clearer accountability and create an enterprise environment in which AI can be adopted confidently, responsibly and sustainably.
